Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts concerned, including any existing balances.

• Notify vcity345 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected fraud.
• Ensure your account information is updated should there be any changes to your personal details.

vcity345 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals or activating certain promotions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vcity345 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of payment methods for user convenience.

Payment methods accepted by vcity345 are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant transfers via the Touch 'n Go e-wallet app.
• DuitNow — instant interbank transfers using the DuitNow system recognised by Bank Negara Malaysia.
• Online banking (FPX) — via local commercial banks that support the FPX system.
• ShopeePay — via the ShopeePay digital wallet.
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by vcity345, including special promotional offers, are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users are required to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

The vcity345 welcome bonus is awarded as follows:

• Bonus rate: 120% of the first deposit amount.
• Maximum bonus value: up to RM1,500.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering required RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Another example: deposit RM2,600 → bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → balance RM4,100 → wagering required RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users. Misuse of the bonus system, including intentional hedging strategies (bonus arbitrage), is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all related bonuses and account suspension.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the vcity345 platform:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Committing fraud, identity forgery or any form of financial deception.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses unlawfully.

Violation of any of the above conditions will result in immediate action including account freezing, balance forfeiture and, where necessary, reporting to the relevant authorities.
